DDP: duties and taxes paid, nothing to pay on delivery
Shipping from China: Rates, Delivery Times & How Pricing Works
24F stores your products in China and ships each order directly to your customer. The price you see is the full cost of getting one order from our shelf to your customer's door.
DDP: your customer never pays on delivery
DDP means Delivered Duty Paid. Import duties and taxes due at the border are paid before the parcel arrives, customs clearance is handled for you, and the final-mile courier delivers it like any domestic parcel. Nothing is collected from your customer at the door, which is what keeps refused deliveries and surprise charges off your support queue.
Actual weight vs. volumetric weight
Parcels are priced on their chargeable weight: the higher of the actual packed weight and the volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is length × width × height in centimetres divided by 6,000, in kilograms. A dense product is priced on what it weighs; a light, bulky one on the space it takes. Enter the box size in the calculator when your product is large for its weight.
Why the product category changes the price
Products travel on lines that accept them. General goods and apparel ship on the widest choice of lines. Cosmetics, supplements and electronics with batteries need lines approved for liquids, ingestibles or batteries, which have their own rules and rates, and some need product approval before the first shipment. The calculator always quotes the line that fits your category.
Delivery estimates
Each estimate is the published transit range of the line that carries your order, counted from dispatch in China to delivery. Orders are picked, packed and handed over by 24F, and every parcel is tracked from end to end, so you and your customer can follow it the whole way.
What “all-in” covers
Pick and pack at the 24F warehouse, international shipping, import duties and taxes, customs clearance, final-mile delivery and tracking. The quote is for the parcel you describe: a parcel that turns out heavier or larger than entered is priced on its real weight and size.
When the price says “from”
A few lines price by delivery zone inside a country. Without an address the calculator shows the lowest zone's price and marks it “from”; your customer's postcode confirms the exact price when the order is placed.
Prices in US dollars
Prices are shown in US dollars at the current exchange rate, which updates daily. The date of the last rate update is shown with every result.
Shipping from China by destination
Rates, delivery times and import rules for the destinations with a published all-in price. Every figure is computed from the current rates.
Many fulfillment providers don't publish their prices. They quote case by case, so what a client pays can depend on order volume and on how much the client already knows about shipping costs.
One price list for every client
24F publishes the same all-in rates for everyone: no volume tiers, no negotiated discounts and no hidden fees. The price you see here is the price on your first order.

A more transparent industry
We think clear, public pricing is better for the brands that ship with us and for the industry as a whole, and we want to help move it that way.
How much does shipping from China to the USA cost?
With 24F, a 500 g general-goods order ships from China to the United States for $10.88 all-in and a 1 kg order for $17.60 (Q4 2026), delivered in about 3–8 days. The price includes pick and pack, DDP shipping, duties and taxes, customs clearance, final-mile delivery and tracking. Use the calculator for your exact weight, size and product category.
How much does it cost to ship 500 g from China?
With 24F, a 500 g general-goods order costs $10.88 to the United States, $9.95 to the United Kingdom, $13.36 to Canada and $14.19 to Australia, all-in and DDP (Q4 2026). Other categories and destinations are in the calculator.
How much does it cost to ship 1 kg from China?
With 24F, a 1 kg general-goods order costs $17.60 to the United States, $16.50 to the United Kingdom, $21.29 to Canada and $22.03 to Australia, all-in and DDP (Q4 2026). Other categories and destinations are in the calculator.
Does the price include fulfillment?
Yes. Every price includes 24F pick and pack: picking your product from stock, packing the order and handing it over for shipping. There is no separate fulfillment fee on top of the shipping price.
Are duties and taxes included?
Yes. Import duties and taxes due at the border are included in the price and paid before delivery, so your customer is never asked to pay anything when the parcel arrives.
Is 24F shipping DDP?
Yes. The calculator only quotes DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping: duties, taxes and customs clearance are handled before the parcel reaches your customer.
Are there any additional fees?
No additional shipping or fulfillment fees. The price covers pick and pack, shipping, duties and taxes, customs clearance, final-mile delivery and tracking. It is calculated for the parcel you describe, so a parcel that is heavier or larger than entered is priced on its real weight and size.
What is chargeable weight?
The weight a parcel is priced on: the higher of its actual packed weight and its volumetric weight (length × width × height in centimetres ÷ 6,000, in kilograms). Light, bulky parcels are priced on their size, dense ones on their weight.
Can I ship cosmetics, supplements, electronics or products with batteries?
Yes, to most destinations. Choose the category in the calculator: cosmetics and skincare, supplements and electronics with batteries travel on lines approved for them, and the result tells you when a category needs product approval before its first shipment.
Do larger customers get different rates?
No. Every 24F client pays the same rates: there are no volume tiers and no negotiated pricing, so the price in the calculator is the price from your first order.
Can I use my existing manufacturer?
Yes. Keep the manufacturer you already use and have your stock received into 24F inventory by SKU, or let 24F find and manage a manufacturer for you. Either way, orders are fulfilled and priced the same way.
How often are rates updated?
Prices follow the current published rates and the daily exchange rate, and every result shows the date of the last update (currently 2026-10-04).
